Lanise Shelley is a 600 RYT trauma informed somatic coach ​specializing in power vinyasa, Circuit training, sculpt, HIIT, yin yoga, ​breathwork, myofascial release, and ​meditation. Her classes focus on ​freeing fascial congestion, enhancing mobility, ​dynamic stretching, ​kinesthetic awareness, strength training, and empowering ​meditations that are featured on the Insight Timer App.

From studying all over the world with dance, martial arts and serving as the movement Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, Lanise's primary focus is you.
